What is your typical process for working with a new client?

A free, initial consultation in my office is preferred, but this can be done over the phone if more convenient for the client. I will detail step by step the next moves for the client.

At the conclusion of the interview, the client will have the information to make a qualified decision to:

1. To tackle their problem on their own;
2. Engage someone else to solve their problem; or
3. Engage me to solve their problem.
